Apify pricing
Apify's paid plans cost $19 to $999 a month, and each month's fee is credit to spend on the platform: compute is $0.20 down to $0.13 per compute unit, one gigabyte of RAM for an hour. What a page costs depends on the scraper (an "Actor") you run. The one per-request price is the Unblocker: $1.50 per 1,000 requests on Free and Starter, down to $1.00 on Business, against $1.50 for Bright Data's Web Unlocker.

The monthly fee is prepaid usage, and the Free plan includes $5 of platform usage a month. On paid plans, usage beyond the fee is pay-as-you-go at the plan's rates; on Free it stops until the next month.

Apify adds that a run's cost "also depends on the number of retries when a request fails". To compare with the per-page APIs, run your Actor on a sample and divide the usage by the pages you got.
